ORDERING GOODS

"eShop" is the name for Weider Mail Order used on Weider Publishing Ltd websites for FLEX and Muscle & Fitness. All information including pricing is correct at the time of publishing. Items cannot be reserved for customers. All stock is sold on a first come basis, however Weider eShop will endeavour to find suitable alternatives to offer to the customer if required. All items are subject to availability.
 
The reproduction of products is as accurate as photographic and printing processes permit and Weider eShop cannot accept responsibility for variances in colour and style. Weider eShop reserves the right to alter the specification of products as necessary and offer an equivalent or better product in the event of stock anomalies. We cannot accept orders from outside the UK, Channel Islands or Eire on the website. Please phone +44(0)1423 877052 for details on overseas orders. Weider eShop reserves the right to refuse orders.
 
When we receive an order you will be sent a confirmation either by email/post/fax.
 
Ordering
There are 4 easy ways to order from Weider Mail Order:
 
1. eShop
You can place your order by selecting items by browsing through the online store; if you know the code of the items you want to order then simply use our "Quick Order" facility.
 
2. By Phone
Call +44 (0)1423 877052. Lines open Monday to Friday 9.00 am until 5.00 p.m., Answer phone 24/7 when the lines are unmanned. Have your order details, payment card details and a pen ready when you place your order.
 
3. By Fax
Fax 01423 561494. Please complete the order form in either Muscle & Fitness or FLEX magazines and return it to us by fax. If you do not have an order form, please fax us the following details:
Your name and address (including your postcode)
Product code(s) and description(s)
The total value of your order
Your credit card type, number and expiry date (an issue number is required for Switch and Solo cards)
 
4. By Post
Please complete the order form in either Muscle & Fitness or FLEX and post to the address below.
 
Please make your cheque payable to Weider Publishing Ltd and write your customer number (if known) on the reverse of the cheque.
 
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your order within 7 - 10 working days. If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please call our customer services helpline on +44(0)1423 877052 or email mailorder@weideruk.com. Please remember to include your Customer Number (if known), your full name and postcode when corresponding by email.
 
Returns
If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you may return the goods to us unused and in the condition they were delivered within 7 days for an immediate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure that your goods are packed securely before returning your parcel.
 
Weider eShop is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via the post or email. For any replacement, we will process your request within 24 hours, however please allow 14 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redeliver. Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below.
 
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
 
Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days after the date of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, tape or DVD's, where the item has been unsealed or books or magazines which have been supplied.
 
If, for any reason you are unhappy with the item(s) you have ordered you have the right to cancel. (a) If you wish to cancel before the items are dispatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail or phone as soon as is practicably possible. (b) If your cancellation request is received after the items have been dispatched, please return the goods to us within 7 days indicating whether you require an exchange or refund.
 
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
