FAQ 1 Change of address / Renew - how to action this
To renew your subscription and change your address in one transaction, please select the 'Renew Subscription' option, provided you do not wish to change the country details. To renew your subscription for delivery to another country please contact weider@subscriptions.co.uk

FAQ 3 Delivery - who do I contact if my issue does not arrive?

FAQ 4 First issue - when will I receive it?
New orders are processed within 2 days and magazine mailing labels are printed 14 days in advance of the cover date. Once your first copy is placed into the distribution network it can take up to an additional 31 days before you receive your first issue.
FAQ 5 Missed issue - how do I claim it?
If you have missed an issue please contact Customer Services. We will try to replace any missed issue if notified within three months.
FAQ 6 Premiums - my free gift hasn't arrived what should I do?
Please allow 28 days for delivery of your gift and note that gifts are sent out to UK residents only. If you still have not received you gift after this you should email weider@subscription.co.uk |
