FAQ 1: I missed the October issue of FLEX. Where can I buy a copy? We have a limited selection of back issues, please call our sales staff for price and availability: 08707 777 953     FAQ 2: I have purchased the wrong item or the Item is faulty, what shall I do? If you have simply changed your mind, we will exchange the item for another of similar value, as long as it is returned un-used and in its original packaging. For faulty items and refunds, please telephone our returns dept: 08707 777 953     FAQ 3: I can't see the item I want online, can you get it for me? Unfortunately not. If you don't see the item you want then we don't stock it.     FAQ 4: How much is the shipping charge? To make things easy for you, all prices are inclusive of shipping within the UK. For rest of Europe, please add £4 per item. We do not ship outside Europe.
