SENI 12 - Herol 'Bomber' Graham
One of Britain's finest ever boxers, Herol 'Bomber' Graham, gave a pad work demonstration during the Seni show at ExCel, London, on June 2 and 3. Herol, who fought for a world title at middleweight and super-middleweight three times, was one of numerous special guests from a variety of combat sports. He plans to set a new world record in September by skipping for 34 hours, with just five minutes rest per hour. He will be 53 years old at the time. Other stars at Seni included the UFC's Alistair Overeem and Michael Bisping, heavyweight boxer Dereck Chisora, celebrity and former MMA fighter Alex Reid, Tae Bo founder Billy Blanks and strongmen Terry Hollands and Mark Felix.
